What if There is an Error on My Credit Report?
If you see an error on your report, notify the credit bureau. The three major bureaus in the U.S. are:
Equifax

Also, if you are an AmeriStar customer, we will work with the credit bureaus on your behalf to get
any errors on your report corrected. The first thing to do after identifying the error is to gather any
documentation you have and forward it to your Loan Officer. From there, your Loan Officer will see
that it gets fast-tracked to the proper departments at the credit bureaus so that it can be resolved
as expeditiously as possible.
